I would love to win this book. I seem to be surrounded by people who insist the only way to parent is to demand instantaneous, unquestioning obedience from their children. I see children punished for being tired and hungry, or just little and overwhelmed and confused. A more Godly way to parent would be a welcome change.

I read this book outloud to my husband as we were on a long drive a few years ago. I recommend it to everyone when discussing books about families/parenting/discipline. Specifically, this book helped me to realize I needed to respond with GRACE to my husband and children. I’m so hoping to win; I have the perfect friend to gift it to!
